Purpose: To provide Members an opportunity to hear from the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and the Director of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) on military readiness and healthcare delivery to service members, families, retirees, and other TRICARE beneficiaries. The hearing shall focus on the military treatment facility restructure plan and the impacts on readiness for military medicine, servicemembers, and other beneficiaries.
