Purpose: The subcommittee will receive testimony from the members of the Fort Hood Independent Review Committee about their findings and recommendations for the US Army’s Criminal Investigative Division (CID). The three Military Criminal Investigative Organizations (OSI, NCIS, and CID) will have an opportunity to respond and provide information about their particular organizations.
