WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Armed Services Committee Majority Staff will host a background briefing on Friday, June 7, ahead of the Full Committee Mark up.  This briefing will cover topics in the Chairman’s Mark and funding tables and give members of the press the opportunity to learn more about the provisions in the bill before the text becomes publicly available.  The background briefing is off-camera, open to Capitol Hill credentialed media only, and will last approximately 45 minutes.
